Below you will find our official Return and Refund Policy, drawn up in accordance with Belgian and European consumer legislation.

 

1. Scope of application

This policy applies to all purchases and services via jdmwebs.com, including:

Web design, development and maintenance

AI solutions and automations

Digital products (downloads, templates, e-books)

Online courses or digital access

Subscriptions or service contracts

Any physical products

 

2. Right of withdrawal for consumers (EU)
     2.1 Right of withdrawal for physical products

     Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from a physical product within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

     After notification, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

     2.2 Digital content without physical carrier

     For digital products that are      directly accessible (such as e-books, downloads, templates, software):

     the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the download or access starts.

     By making your purchase, you agree to this as stipulated in Article VI.53 WER.

     Digital downloads are non-refundable once you have gained access.

     2.3 Services that start immediately

     For digital services (e.g. web design, AI development, social media management):

     the right of withdrawal expires as soon as you explicitly give permission to start the service

     if the service has been (partially) performed, a proportionate fee may be charged

     Fully performed services cannot be revoked.

 

3. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Digital products whose delivery has started

Downloads that have been opened or used

Services that have been fully performed

Personalised or customised services (such as web design, branding, AI flows)

Physical products that have been opened, used or damaged

Products that are not returned in their original condition or packaging

 

 

4. Return process for physical products

Report your return within 14 days of receipt.

You will receive instructions for the return shipment.

Return the product in its original condition and packaging.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part.

After receipt and inspection, we will refund you within 14 days.

Refunds may be delayed until we have received the product or you have provided proof of shipment.

 

5. Refunds
     5.1 General

     Refunds will be made:

     within 14 days of approval

     using the same payment method as your original purchase

     Non-refundable:

     shipping costs

     administration costs

     services already provided

     digital products for which the right of withdrawal has expired

     5.2 Partial refunds

If a service has been partially performed, we will charge a pro rata fee for the work already delivered.

 

6. Cancellation of subscriptions

For subscriptions or contracts:

you can cancel according to the agreed terms and conditions

periods already used or in progress will not be refunded

annual subscriptions or promotional rates are non-refundable.

 

7. Damaged or incorrectly delivered products

Products received that:

are damaged

are defective

were delivered incorrectly

must be reported within 48 hours.
We will then provide a suitable solution: replacement, repair or refund.
